• Visitors should listen to Board, Soos Committee and security at all times.
• Board and the Soos Committee has the right to deny access to anyone at any time.
• Any form of violence will not be tolerated.
• Any form of discrimination will not be tolerated.
• You can enter and leave Society “The Dop” only through the back door.
• Bicycles should not be placed in the street behind the Society.
• Glassware, cans, etc.: Glasses, cups, cans, etc. may not be taken outside the Society. Your own glasses, bottles, cans, etc. may also not be brought from elsewhere into the Society. These will be taken.
• Drinks and food: You are not allowed to bring your own drinks and food into the society. Unless further agreed in advance with the Board.
• Weapons: Having in operation/carrying any kind of weaponry is strictly prohibited. A large pocket knife also qualifies as weaponry. Any violation of this rule will be reported to the police.
• Narcotics: The consumption, use, carrying or trafficking of narcotics in any form will not be permitted. Any violation of this rule will be reported to the police.
• Damage: Taking Association property outside the building is prohibited. If any Association property is damaged or vandalized, the Board shall have the right to recover the costs from the perpetrator and report it to the police.
• Access other rooms: It is forbidden, during opening hours of the society, to be outside the society without permission. This rule does not apply to directors and the sooss committee.
• Cameras: There are cameras in and around the Society; when you enter, you consent to being recorded. In case of emergencies, these recordings can be shown to police and judicial authorities as supporting material.
• Fire safety: It is forbidden to block or use (emergency) exits outside of emergencies. In the event of an emergency, follow the directions of the board.
• Unwanted intimacies: Unwanted intimacies, racism and discrimination, as well as aggression will not be tolerated.
• Violation of house and conduct rules: The board shall enforce the house and conduct rules. If you violate this, you will be sanctioned by the Board according to the Sanction Rules. Findings of offenses will be reported to the police at all times.
• House and Conduct Rules: The House and Conduct Rules are an internal matter of Student Association Aqua ad Vinum. Therefore, these rules can only be modified by the General Assembly.
