Association:

Membership during a gap year: Students taking a gap year may continue their membership provided they provide a written justification in advance with the reasons for the gap year. This justification must be made known upon enrollment and will be reviewed by the Board of Trustees. The board reserves the right to deny the request if the reason is deemed insufficient.

Graduate Membership: Graduates are entitled to remain members of the Association for up to one year after completing their studies. This transition period is intended to allow recent graduates to phase out their involvement in the Association. Graduates who have not continued their membership during their final year of study or who have left the Association may no longer take out membership unless explicitly approved by the Board.

Guest Scheme: Members may bring unlimited guests to the society. However, the same person may visit the society as a guest a maximum of two times. After these two visits, that person must take out a membership to gain further access. Exceptions may be made for specific theme nights and activities, such as open parties or special events, where the board grants permission.

Inappropriate behavior: Unwanted intimacies, racism, discrimination and aggression will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Violations of this nature may result in immediate suspension and reporting to the police.

Violation of house and conduct rules: The board monitors compliance with the house and conduct rules. In case of violation, appropriate sanctions will be imposed according to the sanction regulations. Offenses will be reported to the police at all times.

Modification of house and conduct rules: The house and conduct rules are an internal matter of the association. Changes to these rules can only take place at the General Assembly, which requires a majority vote.

Society:

Glassware and cans: It is forbidden to bring glasses, cups, cans or other containers outside. It is also prohibited to bring in your own glasses, bottles or cans from outside. These will be confiscated at the entrance.

Access to other rooms: Visitors may not be in any other rooms of the building, except the social club, without permission from the board or the soos committee. This rule does not apply to directors and the soos committee members.

Camera surveillance: Camera footage will be taken in and around the social club. By entering the society, you consent to the making of recordings. These images can be used as evidence for the police and judicial authorities in case of incidents.
