Webshop Terms and Conditions Aqua ad Vinum

Applicability

These terms apply to all orders placed with Aqua ad Vinum through the webshop at aquaadvinum.nl.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason. You can exercise this right by emailing aav@hz.nl within that period.

After withdrawing, return the item as soon as possible, and in any case within 14 days. We'll refund the amount paid within 14 days of receiving your return, or of proof that you've sent it back.

Exception: personalised items

Items made specifically for you or personalised (for example, printed with a name) are excluded from the right of withdrawal. This will be clearly stated on the product before you order. Standard sizes from a fixed range (such as S/M/L/XL) remain returnable, even if you picked a colour or size.

Prices and payment

All prices are in euros. You can pay using the payment methods offered in the webshop (such as iDEAL and card payments, via Stripe).

Pickup

Orders can be picked up at Sociëteit De Dop (Café De Heeren, Vlasmarkt 37, Middelburg) during opening hours. See the contact page for current times.
