The Board

As chair, nobody knows how to throw a party quite like Nova, with a smile, a listening ear, and a healthy dose of down-to-earth Twente attitude. Originally from Hengelo but fully settled into Zeeland student life by now, she puts her full enthusiasm and dedication into AAV. Her open character and positive energy make sure everyone feels welcome, whether you're a veteran or just taking your first steps in the association.

Rick is 19 and this year is both vice-chair and treasurer of AAV. He also leads the bar committee and serves as the association's confidential contact. With his social, outspoken character he always brings the energy. Rick loves a good party and a good drink, and outside of soos hours you'll often find him at De Heeren van Holland, our regular pub, where he works.

He lives not too far from here, but our almost-Belgian decided to move out anyway to get the full student experience, and it's safe to say it worked out well. Since then he's hardly ever away from the soos, always up for a good party or a night of competitive games. As secretary he naturally keeps track of everything, from the official minutes to the juicy gossip.
